Game Fire v7.0 – Redesigned Game Booster UI with Dark Mode Support

Game Fire - Eliminate In-game Lags and Boost FPS in One Click

We are very excited to announce the release of Game Fire v7, a new major update of our game booster software. This fresh release aims to improve the software usability by bringing redesigned UI, dark mode support, new features, and several reliability changes and bug fixes; this would help you boost PC performance and improve your gaming experience in one click.

You can download the new Game Fire update from the Game Fire download page, or use the Game Fire updater app included in the Pro edition to download and deploy this update.

What is New in the PC Game Booster, Game Fire v7:

User interface

  • We rebuilt the Game Fire’s user interface using our Flat UI framework; this allowed the software UI to support both Dark Mode and system accent colors.
  • We merged the Game Mode Profiles and Apps Optimizer into a single UI where you can configure which system features, processes, services, and scheduled tasks to optimize by Game Mode from one place.
  • Redesigned the Game Mode Report UI to offer more simple and clear information.
  • We’ve made some tweaks to improve the UI performance and fix some glitches.

My Games

  • You can now use My Games to manage and optimize games installed via the Microsoft Store.
  • We added the ability to search the listed games/apps in the Select Game dialog box.

  • We’ve made some tweaks in the My Games widget to boost game loading speed.
  • Improved the ability to activate Game Mode when you launch games from the File Explorer.

System Optimizer

  • Added new Windows 11 tweaks to help boost the OS performance and reliability.
  • We fixed minor issues impacting the application of some system tweaks.

Game Mode

  • In the Game Mode dialog box, we improved the ability to detect third-party processes, services, and tasks and associate them with the installed apps.

  • Improved the optimization of Microsoft Store app processes.
  • We improved the option of closing/refreshing the Windows Explorer process when you activate the Game Mode.
  • We’ve made tweaks to the Game Mode core features to improve the optimization process reliability and fix some minor bugs.


  • We dropped the Windows Vista and Windows 8 support.
  • System Diagnostics received minor improvements and bug fixes.
  • In the Game Fire Settings dialog, we added an option to allow to you import and export Game Fire settings and Game Mode configurations.
  • We removed the Process Optimizer feature as the ability to optimize processes is already available in the new Game Mode UI.
  • We removed the option to pin game shortcuts in the Taskbar and Start menu as the feature is not compatible with Windows 10 and Windows 11.
  • Made some tweaks in the Live Optimization feature.
  • We fixed a bug that caused issues when you open the Live Optimization Log dialog.
  • We improved the Game Fire Debug Mode by allowing it to support more software components.

Known issues

  • The System Performance UI still does not support the dark mode.
  • Some AVs may flag the OpenHardwareMonitor driver used by Game Fire to monitor hardware performance as a vulnerable driver. We will fix this issue in the next release.
