Yes! Vista Services Optimizer supports 64-bit environments. It works perfectly on Microsoft Windows Vista and Windows 7 (32-bit and 64-bit).
Does Vista Services Optimizer support Windows XP?
Vista Services Optimizer does NOT support Microsoft Windows XP, however we are thinking about developing a services optimizer for Windows XP soon.

We recommend to install Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 with SP1 for optimum performance and reliability, however Vista Services Optimizer can work with Microsoft .NET Framework 3 which is installed by default on Windows Vista, and can also work with the newer versions of Microsoft .NET Framework.
You should have all available updates installed on your PC to make sure that Vista Services Optimizer will run at optimum performance and reliability without errors.
