NetSetupSvc is a critical service for ensuring that your computer can connect to the network and access network resources.
If the NetSetupSvc service is stopped, any network driver installations that are in progress will be canceled. Additionally, any low-level network settings that have been configured will be reset to their default values. In general, it is not recommended to stop or disable the NetSetupSvc service.
