P9RdrService is a Windows service that is a part of the Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL) that is responsible for enabling trigger-starting Plan 9 file servers which are used to communicate with a Linux filesystem. The P9RdrService service is not essential for Windows to run. It is only used when running Plan 9 file servers on your computer.
