Cancellation and Refund Policy for Smart PC Utilities Solutions
Smart PC Utilities values every customer and always works hard to provide customers with satisfying products and services.
To make sure that all customers have enough time to evaluate whether the purchased product or service meets their needs, Smart PC Utilities offers a 30-day Money-Back Guarantee.
Refund, return, or exchange requests are accepted up to 30 days from the date of placing the order. We may grant extensions to this period for some special cases and products.
Please have your order number available to speed up the refund process. We will review your request within 2 business days and we will notify you the results via email.
If you choose to pay by check or money order, you may cancel your order before making the payment or in case we do not receive the payment within 30 days we will cancel your order.
You may send a request to cancel your order on the same day the order was placed.
To request a refund on a subscription and/or solution you purchased from a physical bricks-and-mortar store or any other reseller, rather than directly from us, please contact the reseller regarding its cancellation and refund policy and any request for a refund. We do not grant refunds on those purchases.
If the refund request is granted, payments are refunded as follows:
- Credit / Debit Cards payments will be refunded within one (1) business day;
- Wire Transfer and check payments will be refunded within seven (7) business days;
- PayPal payments will be refunded within one (1) business day;
- Other payment methods will be refunded between five (5) to seven (7) business days.
Once the refund request is granted, we will deactivate the corresponding license and we may ask you to manually revoke product license before completing the refund process.
The costs of the refund process will be supported by the end user.
If the refund request is not submitted within the product's specified money-back-guarantee period, no refund will be issued.
