Smart PC Utilities Cancellation and Refund Policy

Smart PC Utilities values every customer and is committed to providing satisfactory products and services.

To ensure that all customers have sufficient time to evaluate whether the purchased product or service meets their requirements, Smart PC Utilities offers a 30-day Money-Back Guarantee.

Customers can request a refund, return, or exchange within 30 days from the date of placing the order. In some exceptional cases and for specific products, we may extend this period.

To expedite the refund process, please provide your order number. We will review your request within two business days and notify you of the results via email.

If you choose to pay by check or money order, you may cancel your order before making the payment. If we do not receive payment within 30 days, we will cancel the order.

You can also submit a cancellation request on the same day you place your order.

For refunds on subscriptions or products purchased from a physical store or any other reseller, rather than directly from us, please contact the reseller to inquire about their cancellation and refund policy. We do not issue refunds for these purchases.

If the refund request is granted, payments are refunded as follows:

• Credit / Debit Cards payments will be refunded within one (1) business day;
• Wire Transfer and check payments will be refunded within seven (7) business days;
• PayPal payments will be refunded within one (1) business day;
• Other payment methods will be refunded between five (5) to seven (7) business days.

Once a refund request is approved, the corresponding license will be deactivated. You may need to manually revoke the product license before the refund process can be completed.

Please note that if you do not submit your refund request within the specified money-back guarantee period, no refund will be issued.
