My Games allows you to manage and optimize all of your favorite games whether local or online including games from popular gaming platforms like Steam from one place that you can reach from anywhere on your computer.
Scan for Games
Game Fire will scan your computer for installed games so that you can add them to My Games. (see Game Scanner below)
Add Game
Use this option to manually add a new game to My Games list. (see Add New Game below)
Play
Launch the selected game.

By default Game Fire will activate Game Mode before launching the selected game.

Edit
Edit the information of the selected game like title, cover art, or description.
|
You can not edit all game information of games imported from Steam and Uplay.

View
Change the way games are displayed in My Games.
Show Hidden Games
Toggle the display of hidden games in My Games.
Refresh
Refresh the games listed in My Games.

My Games Context Menu
Play
Launch the selected game.
Open Location
Open the location of the selected game's executable in Windows File Explorer.
Change Cover Art
Set a new cover art to the selected game.
Edit Game Details
Edit the information of the selected game like title, cover art, or description.
Create Shortcut
Create a shortcut for the selected game.
Defrag Game Files
Defrag the selected game files stored on the local disk to improve game startup and loading performance. (see
Game Defragment)

DO NOT defrag game files stored on solid state drives (SSD) as it may reduce the drive lifespan.

Search Cover Art
Search Game Information
Search the Web for information of the selected game.

You can change the website used to search game information by going to Settings > My Games > Website to search games information.

Hide
Hide/Unhide the selected game from My Games list.
|
Use this option to hide games that can not be removed from My Games.
|
Remove
Remove the selected game from My Games list.
|
This option won't delete the selected game files from the disk.

Display Game Information dialog box.
File Properties
Open the File Properties dialog box of the selected game's executable file.
Game Scanner
Game Fire uses an internal database to scan your computer for installed games so that you can quickly add them to My Games list without the need to add them manually one by one. You can customize the locations where Game Fire searches for installed games from Settings > My Games > Game Scanner.
Add New Game
Use this dialog to manually add games whether local or online to your My Games list.
Game Information
Game Path or URL
Specify the path of the game main executable or the URL in case of an online game.
Game Title
The title used to display the game in My Games list.
Game Description
The game description which is helpful to easily locate the game using the search functionality.
Game Genre
The game genre which is helpful to group similar games by genre.
Launch Parameters
The parameters passed to the game executable when launching the game.
Game Thumbnail
Change
Specify an image to be used as a thumbnail overriding the default thumbnail generated from the game executable.
Default
Use the default thumbnail generated from the game executable.
Change the background color of the game thumbnail.
Browse
Specify an image path to be used as a cover art, the cover art will override the game thumbnail.
Search Cover Arts
Remove Cover Art
Remove the currently set game cover art.
My Games Widget
My Games widget allows to access and manage your games from anywhere on you computer without the need to launch Game Fire.
To open My Games widget, right click on Game Fire icon in the system tray and then click My Games.
You can also open My Games widget using the default hotkey (Ctrl + Shift + M).

You can change the My Games hotkey by going to Game Fire Settings > My Games > Enable My Games hotkey
